Absolutely. I can understand caution, but have disappearances really stopped since implementation of the Trace and curfew? Whose interests are really being protected?
Disappearances of muggleborns and half-bloods have been happening for forty years. The Time Deviants are a recent phenomena. Perhaps they're related, but to say the former is caused by one of the latter seems foolish.
