[ Following her conversation with the Minister, it has been decided that Helga will return to Hogwarts to teach, but as she cannot take the place of any of the currently employed teachers (nor would she want to), her subject is left up to her discretion. Left with so many options, she decides to take a poll: ]

Dearest gathered magical community, I have a question for you: (Specifically those of you who attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry)

Thinking back on your education there, were there any subjects which were not taught, that you would have liked to have seen? Or any areas which could do with further exploration? Having so recently come to this time from the past, I am having difficulty gauging the lesson style an average student these days might be used to seeing. Is there any magic that has fallen out of favor that could do with revival?

My many thanks for your responses.

Regards,
H. Hufflepuff

I think I'm probably asking too much [ considering it's 1980 and some of the ingredients he uses in his work haven't even been discovered yet. ] but is anyone familiar with herbologists (professional or amateur) that grow or can otherwise obtain plants from South Africa?

In particular, I'm looking for Agathosma Barosma. I've a feeling I'm going to be doing some experimental substitution, though.

[ what follows is a quick sketch of what the plant looks like. for all that he claims he can't draw, he's not bad at this sort of illustration, anyway, mostly thanks to practice.

and of course, for anyone who's spent much time with teddy, his looping, scratchy scrawl is pretty characteristic and unique to him. ]

If you were, or are, the type of student who didn't hand their homework in on time, then you are the worst sort of person.

On another note, what would you consider an apt punishment for a terrible crime?
