veriloquentWhat happened this morning was horrible. I hope that everyone recovers and that they're able to figure out exactly who is responsible for it.

When I'm from, there's only a particular group of people that tend to know and have reason to use magic as horrid as that. I do hope the Ministry is making certain to focus their attentions on said particular people, no matter what their time status is.
